Not at all. Our programmes are designed for complete beginners. We explain everything in plain language and build from the basics up.
Individual consultations happen at our Castle Street office. Group workshops can be held at our location, your workplace, or community venues.
Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept bank transfer and major debit/credit cards. Instalment options available for multi-session programmes.
Full refund for cancellations made 72+ hours before your session. Cancellations within 72 hours can be rescheduled once at no extra charge.
Selected services are available via video call for those who cannot attend in person. Check with us when booking for availability.
